Joseph Miller is a music supervisor and clearance specialist whose work sits at the center of advertising, branded storytelling, TV, and documentary film.
Miller has guided music strategy for Super Bowl commercials, brand campaigns for brands like Toyota, Hologic, XBOX, McDonald's, Lyft, Fareway, Hims & Hers, Hy-Vee, Nike, AT&T, Sephora, and Macy’s. Film credits include Emmy-nominated "Judy Blume Forever", "Paper and Glue", the Emmy-winning "Street Gang: How We Got To Sesame Street", and the Oscar-nominated "RBG".
His background includes roles in music publishing, and in music supervision on the TV side for CBS Sports and at A&E Networks, where he worked inside some of television’s biggest cultural moments, from Super Bowl coverage to NCAA broadcasts. Joseph and his team are the only music expert under the 4As Expert Network, have been nominated by the Guild of Music Supervisors for "Best Music Supervision for Films Budgeted Under $5 Million" for his work on "Izzy Gets the F*ck Across Town", and one of his campaigns were mentioned by AdWeek as one of the Best Holiday Ads of 2024.
