Ameya Saraf is an EMMY® award winning Los Angeles–based composer whose work spans film, documentary, and global campaigns.
Raised in Mumbai and shaped by a broad musical heritage, Ameya blends orchestral detail with minimal, modern textures, a sound that moves fluidly between cultures and genres. His work includes the comedy feature Not Another Church Movie, the Netflix and Bad Robot thriller LOU, and independent projects across horror, documentary, and drama, including October Roses, Happy Rakhi, ULTRA, and Artbound for PBS. His music has appeared in national campaigns, including a series of Rolex commercials, as well as network television programs for NBC, Lifetime, A&E, and more.
A graduate of UCLA’s Film Scoring program, Ameya writes with a quiet precision: melodies that stay light on the surface while carrying weight underneath. His scores do not announce themselves. They draw you in.
