Brandon Coleman is a trailblazing pianist, keyboardist, and composer blending jazz, funk, and cinematic soul. A self-taught talent from South Central LA, he rose alongside Kamasi Washington and Thundercat, touring with Brian McKnight by age 19 and later collaborating with legends like Aretha Franklin, Carole King, and Flying Lotus.

His acclaimed albums: Self-Taught, Resistance, and Interstellar Black Space highlight his signature fusion of harmony and vocoder-driven sound. Brandon has performed at venues like Royal Albert Hall and Philharmonie de Paris, and appeared on the Grammy Awards, The Tonight Show, and NPR’s Tiny Desk. As the founder of Black Orbit, he continues to push the boundaries of modern music.
